REMOTE SALES ASSISTANT
Remote Sales Assistants manage an assigned database to develop prospects and set appointments for our Payroll Sales Professionals. RSAs connect them with decisionmakers in small and mid-sized companies, opening the door for potential opportunities. You are paid for each completed call, plus a commission on every appointment set, and bonuses for new accounts acquired.
MasterPay's Remote Sales Assistants partner with their assigned Sales Professional(s) to hone their skills and continually improve their results. An RSA is free to take on as much work as they choose, building their job around their life, not the other way around. They become the voice of our organization and an essential member of our Business Development team.
